Shipping Policy

International Shipping

– We offer international shipping for all listed items.

– We ship worldwide through “FEDEX/DHL/TNT/UPS/REGISTERED/EXPRESS POST”.

– We do not ship to PO Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a complete shipping address with a phone number.

 

Delivery Times

– Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time due to unforeseen delays such as holidays or extreme weather conditions. Late deliveries are always a possibility.

– Delivery time may vary depending on customs checks at the country of origin or destination due to customs regulations, which are beyond our control.

 

Tracking Information

– For international shipments, only the domestic portion of the itinerary is tracked. The remaining transit is handled by the corresponding foreign mail delivery service.

– The last entry in the tracking data may say something like “DISPATCHED TO SORT FACILITY”, indicating that the package is being transferred to the corresponding mail foreign service for customs clearance into the destination country.

– After this point, we have no additional information regarding the package status beyond what is available via the tracking info on Indiapost.com.

Customs and Duties

– We are unable to comply with requests to misrepresent the product declared value or mark shipments as gifts to avoid government-mandated, buyer-paid import duties.

– In most countries, a single unit falls below the dutiable value threshold. However, some countries may still charge Value-Added Tax (VAT), which is equivalent to the same tax you would pay if purchasing the item locally. Please consult your local tax authority with any questions before ordering.

– All international buyers are responsible for import custom duties, taxes, and charges, which are not included in the item price. These charges are necessary for proper entry into your country. There is no warranty on international shipments. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

– The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be.

– Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

– Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. As the importer of record, you or the party to whom you are shipping may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.

– Countries that require a Unique Identification Number CPF or TAX ID include: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, Israel, Peru, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

 

Domestic Warranty

– We offer a 10-day domestic warranty on all auction and fixed price listings. The item must be in the same condition as when shipped. Return of this item may be subject to a 15% restocking fee since the item (once opened) cannot be resold as new.

– Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange or accept a return request. This is the maximum limit to accept a return.

– Goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt in their original packaging. The return costs must be borne by the buyer. The product cost will be refunded after the receipt of the product package.

– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

– We do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, or health and personal care items.

 

Return and Refund Policy

– If the order is refused, returned due to insufficient address, incorrect address, unclaimed, or does not have a reason enclosed, we are entitled to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the sale price excluding shipping cost and return shipping paid.

– Please inform us of any discrepancy in the product before moving to return and refund. You will be accommodated in your best interest; otherwise, the return and refund option is available.

– All expenses paid and incurred earlier on behalf of the buyer’s order, such as handling, packing, shipping, freight, origin custom taxes, and insurance charges, are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

– In case of re-shipping after returning due to non-delivery, incorrect address, or buyer customs issue, upon buyer request, we can reship the package but reshipping costs will be applicable. Alternatively, the buyer can arrange to collect the package from our location at their own responsibility with the respective carrier company.

– Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. The original buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
